The AVAD Assistant-Enterprise automatically includes a web-based account for managing incoming & outgoing calls. For advanced features, users may upgrade to the Premium Assistant Enterprise.

The telephony toolbar enables users to make and accept telephone calls and change telephone settings from within Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer and Firefox.
